These homes are located on every block, allowing your guests to stay close but in their private space. Each Neu Member has a few nightly credits to reserve for your guests each year. More nights can be added for an additional charge.

Laundry
Neu Laundry Facilities are open 24/7 for Neu Members, with fresh towels and sheets available whenever you need them. For more convenience, upgrade to full-service laundry service and never pick up that iron again.
Community Garage
Our shared community garage allows you to check out items you occasionally need but don't want to own (e.g., circular saw), plus store things you own but don't want to keep in the house (e.g., Christmas trees, toys, and more).
